Laksa - Asian taste

Every culture has a food or dish that is so versatile that it can be consumed at any meal, at any time of day. Laksa falls into this category. During our vacation in Malaysia and Singapore, we had laksa for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, fancy restaurants or street food stalls.

Durian vs Jackfruit

If you have not travelled to India or Southeast Asia, you may have never seen fresh durian and jackfruit fruits. Both are known for their specific smell and taste and while durian has its origin in Malaysia, Borneo, and Indonesia, jackfruit is native to southern India.

Accompany us in a short visit to the beautiful sea village of Veules-Les-Roses, a Normandy fairy tale village, which unveils its velvet and releases stunning aromas year after year in June. The Festival of roses is an event that, if you are in the area, you should not miss it.
